Station F is the world's largest startup campus: 34,000 m² in the Halle Freyssinet (13th arrondissement), 1,000+ resident startups, 30+ partner programs. Founded in 2017 by Xavier Niel, the campus hosts in-house programs (Founders, Fighters) and programs run by external partners: Facebook, Microsoft, Ubisoft, HEC, L'Oréal, LVMH and many more (source: stationf.co).

Who is it for? Station F hosts dozens of separate programs, each with its own operator. You don't "apply to Station F" directly. You apply to a specific program hosted at Station F (Founders, Fighters, HEC, Facebook, etc.). The right program depends on your profile and your sector.
How to get into Station F: Find the program that matches your profile on stationf.co. Each program has its own criteria and its own calendar. The in-house programs (Founders, Fighters) are the most selective. Partner programs have criteria specific to their sponsor. F/ai is the exception: Station F recruits only through referrals from investment funds, and the second cohort starts in September 2026.
The program matters more than the address: it is the program that selects you.
Paris&Co (12 sector platforms, 400 startups/year)
Paris&Co is Europe's leading incubation network and the innovation agency of the City of Paris. It runs 12 sector innovation platforms and supports 400 startups a year through its incubation, pilot and social innovation programs (source: parisandco.com, paris-hospitality.com, OECD).

The upside: sharp sector expertise, pilot projects with the City of Paris (to test your product in real conditions), and non-dilutive grants.
How to apply: Respond to the calls for applications on parisandco.com. Each platform runs its own sessions. Selection looks at innovation, market potential and relevance to the target sector.
Le Cargo (15,000 m², the largest incubator in Île-de-France)
Le Cargo is the largest incubator in the capital, with 15,000 m² and 90 units at 157 boulevard MacDonald in the 19th arrondissement. Opened in 2016 in the former MacDonald warehouses, it brings together two incubators, run by Paris&Co and Impulse Partners, and a business center, in a building owned by RIVP, the City of Paris's property manager (sources: RIVP, Bpifrance).

Hexa / eFounders (SaaS, fintech, web3 startup studio)
Hexa (formerly eFounders) is the most prolific startup studio in France. Founded in 2011, it co-creates SaaS startups from the idea stage: recruiting the CEO, building the product, landing the first customers. Aircall and Swan both came out of it (source: TechCrunch).

50 Partners (IT accelerator, mentoring, funding, central Paris)
50 Partners is a Paris accelerator founded in 2012, specializing in IT and tech startups. It combines mentoring by experienced entrepreneurs, funding and access to a network of business partners in central Paris (source: 50partners.fr).
Who is it for? IT startups in their growth phase looking for hands-on mentoring. 50 Partners bets on mentor quality over volume: each startup gets personalized support from entrepreneurs who have already succeeded (or failed, which is often more instructive).
Founders Future (early stage, investor network)
Founders Future is an early-stage accelerator founded in 2018, focused on funding and connecting founders with investors (source: foundersfuture.com).
Who is it for? Early-stage startups looking for a first funding round. Founders Future focuses on the raise: the team prepares founders to fundraise and connects them with investors.
swanbase (growth and acquisition, long-term support)
swanbase supports early-stage founders on growth, marketing and acquisition, from a 180 m² space in the 2nd arrondissement. Specialized programs
Paris's strength is the depth of its ecosystem. Beyond the generalists, some programs target specific sectors or specific profiles.
Agoranov / SATT (deeptech, technology transfer)
Agoranov, covered above, is the hub of Paris deeptech. It works alongside the SATTs (Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies) to turn scientific discoveries into companies. The new 3,900 m² site at Sorbonne Université's Cité de l'Innovation, designed to host 100 startups, marks a significant step up (source: Région Île-de-France).
La Ruche (social innovation, impact)
La Ruche is an incubator dedicated to social innovation and impact entrepreneurship. Founded in Paris, it supports projects that address social or environmental problems with a viable business model.

makesense (social/environmental impact, multi-city)

Paris is home to France's top grandes écoles, and each has its own incubator:

Always weigh the percentage requested against two things: what you get in return, and how long you get it for. A small percentage in exchange for several years of support is defensible; the same percentage for a twelve-week program, much less so.
Two models coexist in Paris, and neither is inherently better. Public organizations and school incubators (Station F, Paris&Co, Agoranov) fund their activity through grants, rent or their alumni network, so they take no stake. Private organizations get paid on your success, which aligns their interests with yours. In that case, check two details: does the equity kick in on day one or only if you take off, and can you walk away without owing anything?
