A seminar day in central Paris
The 2nd is the smallest arrondissement in Paris, and one of the easiest to reach. It covers the Gaillon, Vivienne, Mail and Bonne-Nouvelle quarters, around the Bourse, the Grands Boulevards and rue Montorgueil. Your colleagues get there by metro from the 1st, 3rd, 9th and 10th in a few stops.
Our room is on the Sentier side, a few minutes' walk from the Sentier, Réaumur-Sébastopol, Strasbourg-Saint-Denis and Bonne-Nouvelle metro stations. We share the exact address when you book.
Seminars, training sessions and committee meetings
- Seminar or team offsite. A full day away from your office, with an agenda, workshops and lunch on site.
- Training or workshop. 22 participants around the tables, the trainer at the large touchscreen.
- Executive committee or board meeting. A large table to make decisions, the screen for the numbers, a video call for those who cannot attend.
- Recruitment day. Interviews all day in a bright room, away from your open-plan office.
The room and its equipment
You work in a bright 90 m² room with wooden floors, between two exposed stone pillars. The backlit coffered ceilings give even light all day. At the back, a large internet-connected touchscreen serves for your presentations, video calls and workshops. Wifi covers the whole room.
We set up the room before you arrive, in work layout (22 seats) or conference layout (60 seats).
Coffee, lunch and breaks
Two options can be added to your day. A caterer serves the welcome breakfast and lunch in the room. A barista makes espresso, flat white, V60 filter coffee, matcha and chai latte for your teams, from morning to the end of the day.
